Refund and Returns Policy

At Off Gridz Co (“OG”), we strive to provide premium-quality off-road riding apparel and accessories. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, incorrect size, or wrong item, we’re here to help.

Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before initiating a return request.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product must not have any stains, dirt, odors, damage, or signs of use.
  • The item must pass our quality inspection after it is received.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns or exchanges will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received the wrong size.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during transit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used.
  • Products without original tags, labels, or original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products reported after the 7-day return window.
  • Clearance, sale, discounted, or promotional products (unless received damaged or incorrect).
  • Customized or personalized products.

4. Return Approval Process

All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Off Gridz Co.

To initiate a request, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs showing the defect or issue (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the reason for the request

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval.

5. Return Shipping

Once your return request has been approved:

  • The customer must securely pack the product.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the return address provided by Off Gridz Co.
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

We recommend using a reliable courier service with shipment tracking.

Off Gridz Co is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Exchange Shipping Charges

After the returned product passes our quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched.

The customer will be required to pay the shipping charges for sending the replacement product.

The applicable shipping charges will be communicated before dispatch.

7. Inspection of Returned Products

Every returned product undergoes a quality inspection upon receipt.

If the product satisfies all return conditions, the exchange or refund (where applicable) will be processed.

If the returned product fails inspection, the return request may be declined and the product may be shipped back to the customer.

8. Refund Policy

Where a refund is approved by Off Gridz Co, it will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

For orders placed via WhatsApp, refunds will be made through UPI, bank transfer, or any other suitable payment method as determined by Off Gridz Co after verification of the customer’s payment details.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Refund & Returns Policy.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Claims reported after 7 days may not be accepted.

Off Gridz Co reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
