At Off Gridz Co, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers may then refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for return eligibility.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with:

• Order ID
• Full Name
• Registered Mobile Number

Cancellation requests are processed during business hours and are subject to order status.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any eligible payment received will be refunded using the original payment method whenever possible.

For orders placed through WhatsApp, approved refunds may be processed through UPI, bank transfer, or another suitable payment method after verification.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Such orders may only qualify for return or exchange under the conditions described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Right to Cancel by Off Gridz Co

Off Gridz Co reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Technical issues
• Payment verification failure
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incomplete customer information

If payment has already been received, any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
